This review is way passed due, Castillo and Sons had fixed my water heater, during the time of repair Mr. Castillo had informed me a slight issue with my water heater. Mr. Castillo kept me informed throughout the entire job with every detail. We ended up replacing the water heater with a new unit. my father in law came to my house to inspect the job, he was right about the replacement reference, it was due to be exchanged. moral of the story I felt at the time Mr. Castillo was a very honest Handyman, I had him come back to help with other fixings. he is very reasonable, great attitude, easy to work with. Every time I called Mr. Castillo he was always available to help me, rather it was an onsite job, or an over the phone troubleshoot. Thank you again for making our life easier and working with our tough schedule. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars ain't enough.

I don't know, if this is a bias review since the owner (Lee Castillo) is my brother. But, I am sure that you would agree, that pleasing a.family member is a tough business. Personally, I've seen my brother Lee mature in every of his life and he has inherited the same work ethic as our father. Always provided the highest quality of work for a reasonable price, some times too low. We've.done some.work together for our Mom. Like restoring her stairs and he literally had all the equipment and the knowledge to do the job right and efficient. Overall, If I have any job ...I would call him.first..

Mr Castillo went above and beyond the call of duty. All of his work was first class, quick and professional. I am amazed and totally happy... from the beginning to the end of our projects. All work was done in a timely manner. If I had any questions I immediately received an answer, and he was always keeping in contact with me making sure I was happy. He listens to your concerns. Explains all options. Best customer service with fair pricing. Nothing to complain. A good guy with great quality. I recommend to have you use his services.
